Dawn Patrol, July, Central Coast

Dawn patrol on a Summer morning along the Central Coast. The fog structurally defines early hours, quiets the beaches, softens the daybreak. When it lifts colors and light shine more vibrant than expected.

A Source of Symbolism

The kelp provides the first color of the day.

Waiting for the fog to lift.

Sunlight pours across the salt marshes,

And warms the day.
